Sentinel – PlayLine’s GLI Certified gaming engine utilizes highly reputed and industry leading transaction processing technology. Sentinel is the back end component of the PlayLine Monitor Gaming System and is responsible for processing wagers, generating draws, performing winner selections and validating winning tickets. All transactions are processed through Sentinel and stored in the database.

Management console: This user interface allows access to the various components of the back end system. Modules can be modified started or stopped, users, terminals and components can be enabled or disabled from this console.

Reports:
Front end terminal reports: A variety of reports can be printed directly from the terminal. The number of reports and details provided are customizable; please contact PlayLine sales for more information.

Back end Sentinel reports: For detailed daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports, management can access the management console of Sentinel and access a variety of reports. These reports are also customizable; please contact PlayLine sales for more information.

Random number generator: PlayLine’s fully certified system provides results very efficiently. It processes millions of iterations quickly and with consistent reliability, for all your compliance requirements.

Paytables: All game paytables can be adjusted to suit your requirements. Each game paytable is independent of each other.

WebShow schedule: Sentinel determines the frequency and sequencing of the animations to be displayed.

Game Database: Oracle database contains the complete history of all game transactions. All wagers, cancellations and ticket cashing, draw times and draws.

Terminal Database: Contains complete information on all terminals so you may add, change or modify terminal specifications.

Teller / User database: Contains complete information regarding all teller operators, to allow for additions or modifications to operator access.

VPN /Remote Access: PlayLine recommends weekly internet or VPN access to the PlayLine system (Sentinel) on a weekly basis, for upgrades, maintenance and report access.
